9. Payment Terms

Certain Services may require payment. You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account based on the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. You must provide a valid payment method for paid features. Prices for any Service may change at any time, and we do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.   4. Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
